Entertainers

Steven Spalding is a circuit riding cowboy preacher, songwriter
and recording artist from Lebanon, Missouri, who preached and
performed before more than 70 audiences last year. A member of
the Western Music Association, the Country Gospel Music
Association and the Missouri Cowboy Poets Association, his
music career has taken him from the stage of the Grand Ole
Opry to three Country Music Association Award nominations.
This nationally-known entertainer has now produced seven CD's
of country gospel and cowboy music, including 'Sittin' Round The
Campfire.'

Johnny Kendrick is a cowboy singer, songwriter and
accomplished musician who specializes in old, authentic cowboy
music and poetry as it was sung or told on the trail. A rancher
and educator from Richards, Missouri, he is a co-founder of the
Echoes of the Trail Cowboy Gathering in Fort Scott, Kansas,
now celebrating its 13th anniversary, and produced the popular
'Echoes of the Trail' CD.

Eddie Harrison is a cowboy singer and musician and renowned
guitar-maker from Las Cruces, New Mexico. Eddie performs
cowboy and country gospel music across New Mexico, Texas,
Colorado and Oklahoma. He's performed with some of the top
names in the cowboy entertainment world, and has produced
three CD's of cowboy and country gospel music, including
'Cowboys Love Jesus Too.'

Jerry Schleicher is a cowboy poet and country humorist from
Parkville, Missouri. He writes a country humor column for GRIT,
Cappers and Rope Burns magazines, and performs at farm shows,
cowboy gatherings and festivals from Missouri to Colorado to
Texas. A member of the Academy of Western Artists and the
Missouri Cowboy Poets Association, his book of humorous
cowboy poetry is called 'Tales from Chute #1.'

Francine Roark Robison has been named Cowboy Poet Laureate
of Oklahoma, and was a nominee for Female Poet of the Year by
the Western Music Association. She performs at events ranging
from the National Cowboy Symposium in Lubbock, Texas, to the
Gene Autry Film and Music Festival, and is the author of a book
entitled 'The Quilt and Other Pieces.'

Abe Reddekopp is a cowboy musician from Kansas City, Missouri,
who has four CD's to his credit, including 'Always a Cowboy,'
which was recognized as the cowboy music CD of the year by the
Rural Roots Music Commission. A member of the Western Music
Association and the Missouri Cowboy Poets Association, he's
the author of a book about the Canadian frontier entitled 'Parr
View.'
